Express Pre-10.30am Delivery
Upgrade to a Pre-10:30am delivery service for £18.00

Your order will be carefully prepared and presented, ready for collection in perfect condition. During your appointment, our team will be available to assist, allowing you to view your purchase, ask questions, and enjoy a more personalised experience.

Exceptions to delivery times
Ring Sizes
Some ring sizes may have longer delivery times, but we’ll let you know if this is the case. The estimated delivery times on the product pages will be reflective of this.
Finance
If you decide to make your purchase with Finance we will not be able to guarantee that you will receive your order within the individual time stated for each product. Due to the credit application process, it may take longer for you to receive your items, although we will try our best to reduce delay and will contact you to give you an estimated delivery date.
Fraud
At Clarindon we take fraud seriously and do all we can to prevent fraudulent transactions. Our checks are rigorous, essential and are completed as standard for every transaction in order to protect both your security and that of our business. If an order does not pass the security checks in place we will contact the card holder to confirm that the order is valid.
Whilst we’ll endeavour to meet your promised delivery date, if we do need to carry out further security checks, there may be a slight delay with your order.
Bank Holidays
Orders are not processed on Bank Holidays so please allow extra time for delivery when placing your order around Bank Holidays. Estimated delivery dates presented on the product pages and in the checkout will be reflective of Bank Holidays where applicable.
Weather Conditions
We'll do our best to make sure your order gets to you on time but please be aware that in severe or adverse conditions, our couriers may be unable to meet the advertised delivery times.
