Forged from materials guaranteed to stand the test of time and equipped with an in-house mechanical movement for the first time in a more compact 41.4mm stainless steel multi-piece case construction, this Oris Aquis dive watch is ready for action and guaranteed to promise unrivalled mechanical performance. The Calibre 400 is crafted from several anti-magnetic components such as a silicon balance wheel. It also promises an impressive 5-day power reserve thanks to twin barrels. Each twin barrel features an extended mainspring that can provide a two and a half day power reserve.

The Oris Aquis Date Calibre 400 41.5mm watch features a contemporary anthracite dial adorned with Super LumiNova treated indexes and central hour and minute hands. The central second hand is crafted into a lollipop shape and the date resides in its usual position of 6 o’clock. The dial is protected from scratches, dust, moisture, heat, and light damage thanks to a domed pane of anti-reflective and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass. The back of the case is also transparent, revealing the Calibre 400 whilst in working motion. The ceramic anthracite unidirectional rotating bezel is easy on the eye and features a legible 60-minute dive scale, while the model is completed on a supple black rubber strap for attaching comfortably to the wrist. This strap is also integrated with Oris’ Quick Strap Change technology and features a steel folding clasp and diver’s extension mechanism.
