Shipping Policy

At Clarindon Jewellers, we are committed to delivering your purchase safely, securely and as quickly as possible. All orders are carefully prepared, fully insured during transit and shipped using trusted delivery partners.

UK Delivery

Free UK Delivery

We offer Free UK Delivery on all orders.

All UK deliveries are fully tracked, insured and require a signature upon delivery.

For items marked as In Stock, orders placed before 4:00pm Monday to Friday will typically be dispatched the same working day.

Most UK deliveries are completed on a next working day service, however delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service has been selected at checkout.

Premium Delivery Options

Additional delivery services may be available during checkout, including:

  • Guaranteed next-day delivery services

  • Morning delivery services

  • Saturday delivery services

Available options and charges will be displayed during checkout.

Luxury Watch & Jewellery Deliveries

For security reasons, high-value orders may be subject to additional verification checks before dispatch.

We reserve the right to:

  • Request proof of identity

  • Deliver only to the registered billing address

  • Delay dispatch until security checks have been completed

Special Order & Supplier-Sourced Items

Many luxury watches and jewellery items are sourced directly from manufacturers or authorised distributors following an order being placed.

Where an item is not immediately available from stock, delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability.

If an extended lead time applies, we will contact you as soon as possible with an updated estimated delivery date.

International Delivery

Clarindon Jewellers proudly serves customers worldwide.

We offer fully tracked, insured and signature-required international delivery services.

International shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on destination and order value.

Delivery times vary depending on country and courier service selected.

Customs Duties & Import Charges

International orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to:

  • Import duties

  • Customs charges

  • Local taxes

  • Clearance fees

Unless otherwise stated, international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Any duties, taxes or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information before placing an order.

Brand Shipping Restrictions

Certain watch brands may have manufacturer-imposed territorial restrictions which prevent us from shipping outside specific regions.

Where restrictions apply, these will be clearly communicated prior to dispatch. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to manufacturer restrictions, a full refund will be issued.

If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom and are unsure whether a particular brand can be shipped to your location, please contact our team before placing your order.

Click & Collect

Selected products may be available for collection by prior arrangement.

Customers choosing collection may be required to provide:

  • Order confirmation

  • Photographic identification

  • Proof of address

We will contact you once your order is ready for collection.

Please do not travel to collect your order until you have received confirmation from our team.

Finance Orders

Orders purchased using finance can only be dispatched once the finance agreement has been fully approved and verified.

For security purposes, finance orders will generally be delivered only to the address registered with the finance provider.

Your finance agreement will not become active until the order has been dispatched or collected.

Lost, Damaged Or Delayed Deliveries

All shipments are insured whilst in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, appears to be missing items or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will work directly with the courier to investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

Bank Holidays & Seasonal Periods

Delivery services may be affected during:

  • UK Bank Holidays

  • Christmas and New Year

  • Public holidays in destination countries

  • Severe weather events

During peak periods, additional time may be required for processing and delivery.

We recommend ordering early if you require delivery for a specific date.
