Delivery Information
Free UK Delivery
At Clarindon Jewellers, we offer Free UK Next Day Delivery on all in-stock orders over £125.
All UK deliveries are sent using DPD fully tracked, insured and signed-for services, ensuring your jewellery or watch arrives securely and safely.
Orders for in-stock items placed before 4:00pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day before 1:00pm.
Same-Day Dispatch Cut-Off Times
For same-day dispatch, please place your order:
-
Before 4:00pm Monday – Friday
-
Before 11:30am on Saturdays
Orders placed after these times will be dispatched on the next working day.
During checkout, you may also choose to upgrade your delivery to an alternative service where available.
All orders are fully insured in transit and may require a signature upon delivery.
Delivery Upgrades
For customers requiring earlier delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed by 9:00am) is available at checkout.
Upgrade cost: £36
This service is ideal for time-sensitive deliveries such as gifts, proposals, or special occasions.
Please note: While most standard deliveries arrive the next working day, delivery times cannot be absolutely guaranteed by courier partners. If delivery is required by a specific date or time, we recommend selecting an upgraded service where available.
Some items may not be eligible for next day dispatch due to stock availability or supplier fulfilment times.
International Delivery
Clarindon Jewellers offers fully tracked and insured international delivery to destinations worldwide, including the United States, Europe, and international locations.
International shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on destination and shipping method.
Typical delivery methods include:
-
Orders under £200
Sent via Royal Mail International Tracked (approximately 3–5 working days) -
Orders over £200
Sent via a fully insured international courier service (approximately 2–3 working days)
Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, and postcode or ZIP code.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders are typically shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis unless otherwise agreed.
This means that import duties, local taxes, and customs charges may be payable by the recipient once the parcel arrives in the destination country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and must be paid before delivery can be completed.
Bank Holiday & Christmas Deliveries
Delivery services may operate on reduced schedules during UK bank holidays and the Christmas period.
If you require delivery by a specific date during busy periods, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance to avoid delays.
