These Terms & Conditions apply to the supply of goods and services by Clarindon Jewellers, whether purchased online or otherwise.

They explain:

  • Payment and delivery terms

  • Your rights to cancel or return items

  • What to do if there is a problem

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

The Luxury Group (Holdings) Limited.

Further details about us will be confirmed to you in writing after you place an order, via email or your online account.


Our Contract With You

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from us.

  • A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order

  • Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt only and do not constitute acceptance

  • Ownership of goods passes to you once payment is received in full

We reserve the right to refuse an order where:

  • An item is out of stock

  • A pricing error has occurred

  • Delivery is not available to your location

  • Age verification cannot be completed

Any payments made will be refunded within 30 days if an order is rejected.


Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major credit and debit cards

  • PayPal

  • Bank transfer

  • LMG cards

Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.


Delivery

UK Delivery

  • Free UK delivery on orders over £125 (next working day service)

  • Orders under £125 start from £7.50

  • Orders placed before 4pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day

  • All UK deliveries are tracked and insured

Saturday guaranteed delivery options are available at checkout.

International Delivery

  • International orders are sent via tracked and signed services

  • Delivery times typically range from 3–7 working days depending on location

  • All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis

Customs charges and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.


Variations in Products

  • Images are for illustration purposes

  • Colours may vary depending on screen settings

  • Measurements and weights are approximate

  • Handmade items may show natural variation

Where measurements are provided by you, accuracy is your responsibility.


Your Right to Change Your Mind

Legal Rights

Under UK law, you have 14 days to change your mind on most online purchases.

Clarindon Goodwill Guarantee

We extend this to 30 days on selected full-price items.

This does not apply to:

  • Personalised or engraved items

  • Resized or adjusted items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)


Pre-Orders & Deposits

  • You may cancel a pre-order within 30 days of goods becoming available

  • After this period, deposits become non-refundable

  • In some cases, cancellations may result in a credit note rather than a refund


Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days (discounted items) or 30 days (full-price items)

  • Items must be unworn, unused and returned in original condition

  • Returns are at the customer’s cost unless stated otherwise

Refunds may be reduced or refused if items show signs of wear or damage.


Product Faults

Your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Up to 30 days: full refund

  • Up to 6 months: repair, replacement or refund

  • Up to 6 years: partial refund if goods fail prematurely


Promotional Code Exclusions (17.7)

Please not some brands are excluded from promotional discounts - please contact the team for more information.

Clarindon Jewellers reserves the right to amend exclusions at any time.


Liability & Disputes

We are not liable for:

  • Unforeseeable losses

  • Delays outside our control

  • Business-related losses

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes may be brought in UK courts.

Calls may be recorded for training, verification and fraud prevention purposes.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
