Our returns process is designed to be clear, straightforward, and transparent (terms and conditions apply).

Refunds or exchanges may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. If you choose to exchange an item, the exchanged product will not be eligible for a refund unless it is found to be faulty.


14 Day Returns Policy (Selected Items)

Certain items are subject to a 14 day returns period, beginning on the date the item is received.

This applies to:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Pre-owned watches and jewellery

  • Orders placed using promotional codes or special offers

These items must be returned within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a refund or exchange.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, all items must be returned in brand new, unworn condition.

Returned items must include:

  • Original packaging

  • Original presentation box

  • All accessories and documentation

  • Any complimentary gifts included with the order

Returns cannot be processed unless all items, including complimentary gifts, are returned in their original condition.

Items may be returned by post or returned directly in store where applicable. Please ensure you include your receipt or proof of purchase with the return.


Online Orders Only

This returns policy applies to purchases made through the Clarindon Jewellers website.

For purchases made in store, please contact the boutique directly for details of the applicable returns policy.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 14 working days for processing.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are found to be faulty.

These include:

  • Personalised or engraved items

  • Resized or adjusted jewellery

  • Bespoke or special-order jewellery and watches

  • Earrings and cleaning products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale items returned outside the 14 day window

  • Watches with altered or adjusted bracelets

  • Smartwatches that have been paired, registered or used

  • Special-order straps or strap replacements

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.


Bracelet Alterations

Clarindon Jewellers offers a complimentary watch bracelet adjustment service.

However, once a bracelet has been altered, the watch becomes a customised item and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

For this reason, we recommend requesting bracelet adjustments only once you are certain the watch is suitable.


Important Information

Please note the following important points regarding returns:

  • The returns period begins on the date the item is received

  • Items showing signs of wear cannot be accepted for a full refund

  • Complimentary gifts sent separately do not extend the returns period

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidental damage is not covered under the returns policy


Returning Your Order

For security and insurance purposes, we recommend returning items via Royal Mail Special Delivery (Signed For).

This ensures the parcel is fully insured and tracked during transit.
