If you find an identical jewellery or watch item advertised at a lower price by an authorised UK retailer, we will endeavour to match the price for you.

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match on an item listed on our website or available in-store, simply:

  • Complete our Price Match Request Form, or

  • Contact our knowledgeable team directly for assistance

We recommend making your request at the time of purchase, either online or in store.

What We Need From You

To process your price match request, please provide:

  • The full product description

  • The name of the authorised UK retailer

  • The advertised price

  • Confirmation that the item is in stock and available for delivery within 2–3 working days

For online price matches, we strongly recommend providing a screenshot of the advertised price, as we cannot match prices if availability or pricing changes.

Important Information

  • We only match prices from authorised UK stockists

  • The product must be new, genuine and in stock

  • The item must include a valid manufacturer’s warranty

  • Clarindon Jewellers reserves the right to decline any price match request at our discretion
